• Provide executive leadership of partnerships, school expansion, and the increased capacity that can come from working across several schools.
• high level strategic thinking with a greater emphasis on coaching, delegating and achieving change through others;
• ensuring consistency and collaboration across and between schools/sites; and a strong capacity to look outward;
• work within a complex variety of contexts and governance and accountability structures.
